A real opportunity to start your lifelong career and earn a superb amount of money! This role is open to people with and without experience, we focus on getting the right type of people to carry on our reputation and continue to go above and beyond for our clients. You will join a region which will be led by a Senior Partner who will be on hand to offer support and motivation. Full training an support is provided and our support team are on hand pretty much 24/7 if needed. The role requires a minimum of two days a week (every week) and our best partners work full time to selling and letting properties.

The role is rewarding, you will build your own personal brand by implementing a 5 star service which is memorable and bespoke. This is not a 9-5 job and you will have diary flexibility you simply need to be able to commit to your goals and work hard to achieve them.

You are not just a number with us, we want each and every one of our partners to be successful and to be long lasting. The best way to describe our training is training as you go so we are training you for real scenarios but we will be by your side every step of the way. We have fortnightly zoom calls so we have a guaranteed catch up in the diary every two weeks. If you need help with a valuation or an offer negotiation we are on hand to jump on a call or zoom meeting, to give you that one to one training.

You will receive commission on every property that you bring onto the market. From a lettings standpoint we make your life easy! You simply have to list a property and find great tenants. Laurels handles the rest! This means you will be able to concentrate on what you are good at!

Yes and No. It is easy to be ok but it is hard to be great! If you want to make six figures then that will take a great team (us), great support (us) but most importantly hard work and desire (you)!
Being a Laurels partner means you are typically earning three or four times the amount of commission on a deal compared to a normal high street agent. You also get to manage your own diary! If you are looking to actually BUILD a successful and rewarding career over the next 1-3 years then this is for you!

There is an opportunity to earn a lot of money with this role but it doesn’t happen over night – it takes time, persistence and most importantly a get up and go attitude and personality!

A Laurels Partner will receive:

Admin Fees
Start-up Admin Fee of either £350+VAT or £175+VAT which includes:


  • Marketing material (personalised brochures, compliment slips, business cards)

  • Access to all training – includes system training

  • Onboarding day

  • Added to website

  • Log ins to systems

Monthly Admin Fee of either £80 + VAT or £125 + VAT which incudes:


  • 36 property photo appointments per year

  • Use of marketing platforms (Rightmove, on the market & Rightmove plus)

  • Market leading CRM

  • Reception team

  • Fortnightly support calls

We recognise that budgeting your monthly costs is essential and as we would rather you invest into securing listings and building your business, we do not take a monthly admin fee. Instead we take one up-front joining fee of £600 and then an admin fee per successful deal.

*Both marketing points are available at a discounted rate through Laurels but for an extra monthly fee.

The Process to Becoming a Partner

1.Initial Meetings

We typically will have a 10 minute phone call with you and then arrange a zoom/teams meeting that lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

This is where we find out if you are the right fit for Laurels but also if Laurels are the right fit for you!

2.Pre-Start Setup

When agreed, we will look to get you onboarded between 1-3 weeks (depending on your availability).

Before your on-boarding we will need a photo of yourself (for your business cards and bespoke marketing material) plus the £350 + VAT Start up Admin Fee and the signed contract (which gets sent to you via email)

3.On-boarding day!

In order to be flexible and for easy access the onboarding day is done via zoom/teams.

It is an introduction to Laurels, our bespoke systems and the team. Additionally it will provide you an opportunity to go through your business plan with our team to ensure you are setup for success! Going forward you will receive numerous reviews that are designed to help and support you at all times in addition to being able to speak to the team 24/7 for support/guidance and sometimes just to show off how many deals you have done!
