Olivia Greenwood

Founder

Having grown up and spent my life in Spain studying to be an oceanographer, I suddenly realised one day that a future sat in a lab after 8+ years of studying was not where I belonged. So I moved back to the UK in 2019 looking for 'something'.

Almost by accident I fell into property, and I joined Laurels as a trainee consultant in September 2019. In my first five years at Laurels, each and every day I endeavoured to go above and beyond and worked my way up to Performance Director leading an incredible team of employed agents. In 2025, alongside my partner Rob, we restructured the company and co-founded our Partnership model of self-employed Partner agents. We now have a superb team of Partners all across the country and the best is still yet to come. I am proud of how far we have come and excited to see what the future holds for Laurels.

Outside of work, Rob and I have the most amazing daughter who motivates us every day to strive for the very best.
