Given my experience in construction, I am an industry insider who understands buildings from the inside out. Having spent years working directly with the bones of buildings; I see its structural integrity, its mechanical health, and its true hidden potential. For sellers this means I know exactly how to highlight the craftsmanship and quality of your home to maximise its value. for buyers it means I can help you see past cosmetic fixes, estimate renovation costs on the fly, and spot red flags before they turn into costly mistakes.
