I have built and personally manage my own portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This hands-on experience has given me a genuine understanding of the property market from an owner’s and investor’s perspective, as well as an appreciation of what drives value, attracts buyers, and creates successful transactions. I have a natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly. I enjoy understanding what clients are looking for, identifying their priorities, and presenting opportunities in a clear and compelling way. I combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with a commercially minded approach, enabling me to negotiate confidently and work towards achieving the best possible outcome.
