Since I was 18, I have had a keen interest in understanding property investment — why some investors fail, while others continue to invest and grow. This interest led me to study Real Estate Valuation at university and eventually build my career in the property industry. Over the years, I have experienced different stages of the property market and seen how changes in the wider economy can affect property values and investment decisions. As an agent, I have also had the opportunity to work with hundreds of landlords and investors, giving me a practical understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and the importance of having realistic expectations. For me, being an agent is not simply about making a sale. It is about helping clients make the right decision for their circumstances and building trust by giving an honest view of what a property investment can and cannot achieve.
