Starting our new financial year as of October 2020, we have taken some time to look back on the year we have had. Since the beginning of 2020 we had set out goals to advance with our offering, internally to our hard working team and externally to our trusting customers.
Covid-19 provided its challenges towards this but we adapted to the changes through Covid-friendly work measures, helping the community in reduced fees for key workers and holistically were fortunate enough to maintain our offering to our clients and even grow it further.
This post is to share a brief overview of the milestones we have achieved this year and in doing so to elaborate on the growth in our offering.

Opening A Brand New South London Hub.
Managed by our Senior Consultants, Lucy Fellows and April Tucker, with the support of our Regional Director, Liam Naldrett. We are incredibly excited at the potential the team and the South London Hub has and we look are looking forward to bring Laurels to South London.
Opening A Brand New Laurels Support Office.
Our behind the scenes team, actively maintaining and supporting existing customers and team members. With this office, we are able to gather our support staff under one roof, creating a multi-faceted link of support together to further our customer service.
Provide More Focus On Our Digital Marketing.
We understand that we are operating in a digital era. We pride ourselves in being one of the few estate agencies to put an elaborate focus on our digital marketing through platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin and offering state of the art photograpahy and floor plans designed to present your home immaculately.
This added focus will grow our marketing holistically in the areas that matter. Allowing for optimized and targeted advertising, growing potential for leads and building these platforms coherently to expand our offering.
