Our entry level role is titled Property Consultant and it is based from our Prime Hub in Central London (although only a few days a week will be based here once you have completed your training period). At the hub you will receive extensive training and be mentored by the senior members of the team. Unlike other companies we will not limit you to simply conducting viewings as our aim is to give you the tools and the training to have your own ‘patch’ (set of postcodes) where you will be the go-to person in the area within six months of starting. This gives you the ability to earn a huge amount of uncapped commission.
The Role
- Conduct Viewings, Valuations & Marketing Appointments
- Market Properties Across All Price Levels (our average listing price is £750k but we have some at +£10m)
- Negotiate Offers & Secure Deals
- Secures New Business Opportunities (Through Personal & Professional Networking)
- Provide Award Winning Service At All Times
- To Always Strive To Learn & Improve Yourself & The Company
- Communicate At A High Level with Clients & Team Members
- To Establish & Enhance A Professional Social Media Presence On Behalf Of Yourself & Laurels

Role Structure
- Base Salary of £22,000 per annum
- Commission of 10% (steadily rising based on Promotions etc)
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays year 1
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays year 2
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays from year 3 and onwards
- 8 Week Fully Paid Sabbatical Rewarded After 3 Years Service
- Travel Expense Allowance (from day 1)

- 1st Year Expected On Target Earnings of £35,000 (Rising Every Year Of Experience)

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
- Scheduled Weekend Working Approx. Once A Month (Saturdays & Sundays)
- At Present Mondays & Tuesdays (10am-3pm) are office based hours. The rest of the time you can either be office based or remotely based.
- During Your Training/Probation Period You Will be Office Based more than two days per week.
