Property Consultant (Across London, Surrey, & Berkshire)

What does a Property Consultant do at Laurels?

Approximately 70% of your time is spent out and about

  • Meeting clients
  • Conducting viewings & valuations
  • Providing Award Winning Service at all times
  • Securing new business opportunities

Approximately 30% of your time is spent at our ‘Trading-Floor’ Hub Offices

  • Negotiating offers
  • Communicating with all clients & offering tailored advice
  • Building stunning property promotions
  • Forging the High Performance Team Culture at Laurels
  • Securing new business opportunities

Hours

  • Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm (working outside of these times is often required but compensated for by the extra holiday days in your contract)
  • Saturday 9am-5pm (every other Saturday, with a day off during the week to compensate for the extra day worked)
  • Sunday 10am-4pm (one Sunday every month, with an afternoon off during the week to compensate for the extra hours worked)

Salary & Commission Structure

  • Superb starting salary of £20,000 per annum with 10% standard commission percentage
  • Uncapped commission
  • 1st year On Target Earnings example – £30,000
  • 2nd year On Target Earnings example – £35,000
  • High performance commission increases/bonuses
  • Company pension scheme

Long Service Awards

  • Basic salary increases (After 2 years service)
  • Increased maternity & paternity leave (After 2 years service)
  • Eligible for a two month, fully paid, sabbatical (After 3 years service)

About You

  • A positive mindset/attitude is key
  • The willingness to work hard to achieve your goals
  • Full Driving Licence & own car is required (car allowance is included within salary)
