2017 So Far
It is safe to say that so far in 2017 the property market has been quieter than in previous years. This is largely due to the wider economic conditions and the uncertainty regarding Brexit and the UK government.

Move Before Christmas – Many people want to be moved into their new house before Christmas and with the average UK sale taking 2-3 months this means they need to have secured a new property before the end of September.
More Available Properties –There is always a surge in properties coming to the market in September due to the above reasons and more properties means more chances for people to see their dream home and thus put their property on the market.
